 Each of our crochet pieces is handmade with love and great care. Because of the nature of handcrafted products, we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the item received is damaged.

If you believe your order has been damaged in transit, please share an unboxing video (a clear video of opening the parcel from the start, without any cuts or pauses) within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us verify the issue and assist you promptly.

Please note that without this opening video proof, we won’t be able to offer a replacement or refund.

 Reshaping: Certain components contain internal wiring to help maintain their form. If any part becomes bent during transit, it can be gently reshaped by hand. Cleaning: If needed, hand wash carefully in lukewarm water using mild soap. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before reshaping.
